Teresa trained in Pilates alongside the founders of the world renowned APPI Institute, at their flagship London Studio. She continues to work alongside the APPI team as an International presenter, guest lecturer and advocate for Pilates.

Keah has a deep interest in natural health, and creating balance within the body. She is trained in the disciplines of Shoalin Quan, Sanda, as well as Taiji Quan, and meditation, which she incorporates into all aspects of her personal and professional practices.
Rachel is a passionate personal trainer and pilates instructor with a specialist interest in pre and post-natal exercise.
She is a warm, friendly and professional individual who takes a tailored, personal approach to each individual client. Rachel studied personal training with LDNM in London, where she obtained Level 2 Fitness Instructing, Level 3 Personal Training, and Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Exercise. She has also trained in integrated pilates applying the principles of precision, control and purposeful movement.
Rachel has a thirst for knowledge, and actively engages in professional training and development to ensure she brings her clients research based, creative, fun and effective training programmes.
Gaël is a professional and highly experienced Osteopath, who graduated from the ATSA school of Osteopathy in Lyon in 2012.
Gaël is devoted to his profession and believes that Osteopathy is much more than just cracking bones, it is caring about the client’s overall health and well being. He believes that it is not a question of focusing on one area of the body, but looking at the body in its entirety; considering boney structures, muscle tissues as well as the digestive system and the emotional connections in the body.
What Gaël loves most about Osteopathy is the ability to heal people by the physical manipulation and movements of the body, without the use of medicine or invasive surgeries.
Gaël is experienced in treating all age groups, range from babies as young as one week old, to adults in their eighties and nineties. He is skilled in the management of women throughout their pregnancy, and can provide care both for mothers and babies postnatally.
Gaël is also passionate about helping athletes during training, as well as facilitation their recovery post injury. He has worked in collaboration with several international sporting events including the Tour de France, and the Dakar Rally.

As a former professional dancer, Sinead has used Pilates as a core element of her own personal training for the past 20 years. She believes that Pilates is the ultimate form of exercise as the discipline can strengthen and rebalance one’s body, prevent and rehabilitate injury, and deepen the mind body connection providing respite and escape from our day to day lives.
Sinead trained at the PMA recognised A-Lyne Studios in Paris and furthers her Pilates Education through learning and self-practice.
Sinead prides herself on tailoring each class to the individual needs of the client whether that be injury rehabilitation or prevention, pain management or strength and aesthetic goals. She believes that you deserve to enjoy your workouts, to listen to your body and to start showing yourself self-love and self-care through movements that make you feel good.

Lucie is certified in both mat work and equipment pilates, and has continued learning and specialising in scoliosis management, post-partum care, pilates for neurological problems and pilates using the arc and barre.
Lucie’s work has taken her to Mallorca, New Zealand, Australia and Kuwait, and we are very pleased that she has now returned to her native France to join the Bodi team!
