She has worked in collaboration with The English National Ballet, British Triathalon, The International Ski and Snowboard Association, The Youth Sports Trust England and King’s College London.
Teresa trained in Pilates alongside the founders of the world renowned APPI Institute, at their flagship London Studio. She continues to work alongside the APPI team as an International presenter, guest lecturer and advocate for Pilates.

Fiona is a creative, authentic, and compassionate yoga teacher.
She completed a 200-hour yoga alliance certification in Hatha and Vinyasa yoga in Koh Phangan, in the south of Thailand.
After years of self-practice and discovering first-hand the healing benefits of yoga for both the body and mind, Fiona’s intention in class, is to guide her students to become the most authentic version of themselves. Yoga literally means to join or unite, and Fiona loves to create an environment in which people can connect genuinely and authentically with themselves and each other.
Fiona’s classes combine a mix of traditional Hatha yoga and modern Vinyasa yoga, using creative sequences which involve a combination of soft, self-soothing movement, and strong, dynamic movement. In each class, we focus on the breath as a vehicle to ground the body and mind as we work on building a more resilient nervous system.
Fiona strongly believes yoga should be accessible to everybody (it's not just for the flexible / able-bodied as some people think!), which is why she offers modifications and adjustments and encourages her students to talk and listen to their bodies with love and kindness.
Sinead is a passionate pilates and barre instructor, and trained nutritional health coach.
As a former professional dancer, Sinead has used Pilates as a core element of her own personal training for the past 20 years. She believes that Pilates is the ultimate form of exercise as the discipline can strengthen and rebalance one’s body, prevent and rehabilitate injury, and deepen the mind body connection providing respite and escape from our day to day lives.
Sinead trained at the PMA recognised A-Lyne Studios in Paris and furthers her Pilates Education through learning and self-practice.
Sinead prides herself on tailoring each class to the individual needs of the client whether that be injury rehabilitation or prevention, pain management or strength and aesthetic goals. She believes that you deserve to enjoy your workouts, to listen to your body and to start showing yourself self-love and self-care through movements that make you feel good.
Lucie is an expert pilates instructor dedicated to making people move better and feel better whilst gaining an awareness of their body and breath.
Lucie discovered pilates while struggling with back pain. She found the results quite incredible, so decided to dig deeper into the method and it’s benefits for rehabilitation.
Lucie is certified in both mat work and equipment pilates, and has continued learning and specialising in scoliosis management, post-partum care, pilates for neurological problems and pilates using the arc and barre.
Lucie’s work has taken her to Mallorca, New Zealand, Australia and Kuwait, and we are very pleased that she has now returned to her native France to join the Bodi team!
